A Fixed-Base Operator is a business licensed to operate at an airport and provide services to private and business aircraft: fueling, hangar and ramp space, ground handling, catering coordination and passenger facilities. Most private jet travelers experience the FBO as the terminal itself — a lounge, a private driveway and direct ramp access to the aircraft.

- Check in at the front desk or lounge; bags are handled by ground staff.

- Walk or be driven ramp-side directly to the aircraft steps.
