The Charter Experience
A yacht charter is less a single booking than an entire itinerary: a route, a crew, a set of anchorages and a rhythm of days that can be built almost entirely around your preferences.
Viatar organizes the decisions that matter — yacht type and size, cruising ground, season, crew and realistic costs — so you can compare options with confidence before requesting a quotation.
Every charter is delivered by an independent yacht management company or broker. Viatar does not operate yachts or guarantee availability.

Questions
Popular weeks in the Mediterranean and Caribbean can be reserved six to twelve months ahead, especially around July, August and major events. Shoulder-season weeks are often available with a few months' notice.
The base charter rate typically covers the yacht and crew. Fuel, food, beverages, port fees and gratuity are usually additional and are estimated through the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA).
Crewed charters include a professional captain and crew. Bareboat charters (sailing without crew) require an appropriate sailing qualification and are less common at the luxury end of the market.
Day charters and long-weekend charters exist in many regions, though weekly charters remain the most common structure, particularly for larger yachts during peak season.
No. Figures are estimated ranges based on aggregated market data. A written quotation is confirmed directly with the yacht's management company or charter broker.
